U all planning to go for the BBQ dinner?

I thought it's nt a bad idea.. can go back n c how e school is like liao.. haha..

Anyone wants to go?? Muz confirm by 12 nov...

Those who nv rcv, here are the details:

Dear Alumni,

The school would like to invite you to our Swiss Open House and our Annual gathering on the 24 November 2007. So, there are 2 parts of the day...

Date: 24 November 2007
Venue: Swiss Cottage Secondary School

Part 1: Swiss Open House (0900 - 1500)
This is the second year that Swiss is having a Open House for all Primary Six students. Our theme for the year is Reach for the Stars. A booth will be allocated to the Alumni to answer questions from parents as you are the real testimony of a Swiss student. If you can spend an hour or two at the alumni booth, please drop me an email and I will follow up with you. If you cannot commit yourself at the Alumni booth, do drop by and say hi!

Part 2: Alumni Gathering cum BBQ Dinner (1600 - 2000)
As many people do enjoy 2-in-1 or "double happiness", the alumni committee is organising a gathering cum BBQ dinner for all alumni from 1600. We are hoping that alumni will catch up with each other and maintain ties with the school. You are also welcome to bring along your family.

As of previous year, we need to ask that all who turn up to contribute $10 per pax for the BBQ buffet dinner. With last year's experience, we will keep the BBQ-ing minimum, complemented with more cooked food and drinks.

Those interested in playing games before dinner, please bring your own equipment.

There is also request from alumni to have a short dedication to Miss Tay, as this is probably her last Swiss event before she moves on to HQ in Dec. If you would like to sing/dance for her, please email me. Thanks!

To round up in short, please send me an email to indicate your interest in helping out in Open House and/or attending the BBQ Dinner. Let me have your name, year graduated from Swiss Cottage and how many people (if possible names) coming. It will help us a lot in catering and logistical planning. Do reply by 12 Nov, please.
